Rate per night: £45 per person, per night based on sharing a twin or double bedroom. £70 per person per night based on a single room (limited availability). NB: THIS RATE IS ROOM ONLY (Breakfast & other meals not included) * ADDITIONAL NIGHTS - if you are interested in staying additional nights, please let us know - room rates will remain the same for the night before and the night after dionysia subject to availability. * PAYMENT DETAILS: In order for you to make a booking, your credit card details are required - your account will not be debited unless you fail to arrive (see Hotel Cancellation Policy). If you are paying by cheque/postal order, a deposit of £30 per person is required to hold your booking. If you fail to arrive or to cancel your room booking by 16:00 on the planned day of arrival, this deposit becomes non-refundable (see Hotel Cancellation Policy). Please do NOT send cash. * CHECK IN: From 14:00 CHECK OUT: By 12:00 noon (a secure storage area will be made available for you to store your luggage until the end of the convention so please ensure you check out by this time). * HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation is accepted up until 16.00 on the day of arrival. In order for your booking to be held, each room must be guaranteed by a credit card or a deposit of £30 per person if paying by cheque. If your booking is not guaranteed 21 days prior to arrival by either of these methods, your room reservation will be cancelled. If you do not cancel your reservation or you do not arrive, the first night will be charged to your credit card or the cheque deposit of £30 becomes non-refundable. * CHARGING EXTRAS: Hotel residents can charge extras (bar purchases, car park, health club, restaurant meals etc.) to their own room account. Room charges can ONLY be made if a credit card authorisation is taken at reception upon check in. * CAR PARK: The Hotel car park is available for use, and is charged at £1.00 per hour and £10.00 per 24 hours. Car park spaces are filled on a first come, first served, basis.
